Hi,
Just curious but is Metoprolol readily available in Thailand & if so is it inexpensive & available over the counter?
I have had PSVT for 8 years & recently been told to take half a 25mg tab twice a day.
I have no idea if it works long term as I just started on them last Friday
We are moving full time to Thailand next month so I was curious about metoprolol availability & also RF Ablation
I have been offered RF Ablation here in the US but it would be 10 days before my departure.
I am hesitant to accept because although usually successful I know there are also risks.
I deal well with the PSVT & usually ride out bouts of 180BPM that lasts 2+ hours with no other symptoms.
A few times ...(4) after lasting 5 to 13 hours I will go to the hospital & get a shot of adenocine
which converts me back to normal HR but I don't much like it & usually will try to just ride it out.
So to that end I also wondered if they have RF Ablation in Chiang Mai or better yet Cryo-Ablation
Just in case in the future I decide to go that route
Thanks for any info

FIRST (Emergency)
The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112. If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile network and there is an Emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly, this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.
SECOND (Hidden Battery Power)
Imagine your cell battery is very low. To activate, press the keys *3370#. Your cell phone will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your cell phone next time.
THIRD (How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone? )
To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following Digits on your phone:
*#06# .
A 15-digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
If your phone is stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless. You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

Content Has Been Reset & Reputation Button Missing
2012-04-14 01:36:11
Just noticed this morning the My content feature is now reset to show all topics
have new replies yet they do not.....
Also while looking in My profile the button "reputation" is missing
Nothing major just curious if a reset has been done?
The My content feature was nice to have made it easy to know
which threads that I had taken part in had replies.
Thanks

External Sd Card Reader For Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
2012-04-10 08:56:56
I was just wondering if anyone has tried the new USB/SD readers available for
the Galaxy Tab?
Many are very inexpensive now...like $5 for many 5in1 types or the usb/sd types
I recently picked one up off ebay
While the USB port works fine the SD port is a hair too small for my Fuji camera card.
But then again I have read that Fuji cards called XD are slightly larger.
Yet it has always fit fine in my laptops card reader slot.
Just curious if other have tried the various versions.
Samsung has their own too but 5-6 times the price
of the China/Taiwan made ones.
Just search ebay for...
