after living 12years at the stressful and noisy phuket island want to move with my gf to the chiang rai area in january 2012...

looking for pet friendly 1or 2bedroom house. with fence or wall around,because of my dog.
adsl internet and cable or satelite tv would be nice.
if possible not furnished!
quiet location!!!
up to 40km north/east from chiang rai
price range from 6000.- to 10.000.-baht
contract first for 1year.beginning 1.1.2012
