Schengen Visa For My Thai Girlfriend.

My Thai girlfriend is coming over to the UK in July/August for 6 weeks holiday on her second 6 month UK tourist visa.

I am a British National residing in GB.

While she is over here we would like to visit both Spain and France for a few days.

Is it possible for her to obtain a Schengen Visa in Thailand.

Which Embassy is the easiest to apply to (we can go to either county on separate occasions)

What documents would the Consulate require, bearing in mind that she doesn't have employment and hasn't much in her bank account, but I'm fully supporting her and have proof of this.

Visa Exempt Stamp

I'm coming to Thailand for 36 days holiday later this month and will presumably get a visa exempt stamp in my passport lasting only 30 days. My intension is the visit Loas (Vientiene) for a day during my stay. Therefore I presume I will receive another visa exempt stamp for a further 15 days. This would more than cover my 36 days holiday. What I am asking is.... can I do this or should I just get a tourist visa for Thiland before leaving the UK.
