I took the express train yesterday, Tuesday, and everything was fine. There was no water at all. Not even a mud puddle.

Thanks for the reply. I had read elsewhere that the Bangkok MRTA had closed about 70 entrances to various subway stations.

Plenty of human trafficking occuring within the USA borders.

Why not keep these funds at home to solve a closer problem, and help the economy in their own country?

I was in Pattaya last weekend and saw a homeless, unkempt foreigner staying on the street in the Soi Diane area between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao.  He has long black hair, not shaven, and was wearing only 1 flip flop.

No idea what nationality.

Has anyone else seen this guy?
