One thing that some of the posters here need to learn about life is that not all of us make it. Some of us do die before the average age of death and for various reasons, and about 99% health realted rather than suspect. There're a whole bunch of conditions that a man aged 47 could die of particularly if he was at all overweight or on medication for an illness.
Respect to this man's relatives. Posters should learn to enjoy your life while you can. Those who hate Thailand or are overly suspicous of an 18 year old; well perhaps you should think about if you're living in the right country or not.

Age of consent in Thailand is 15 but in effect it's actually 18 unless both partners are 15-18 looking at the cases that come to court. The law here is murky. Baker and Makenzi argued in an article that it's certainly 15 but you need parental conset to avoid a kidnapping charge but for sex you're within your rights regardless if one partner is over 18 or not. However, you read about so many reports of foreigners being arrested for "underage sex" when the person is either 15, 16 or even 17.....

In Topic: Air Asia - Fraudulent Visa Payment Taken

Air Asia also over charged my credit card by more than 6,000 baht. Eventually I got most of it back but it took me about four months and lots of international phone calls which probably cost anothr 1,000+ baht.
I do not fly with them anymore for many reasons. In Malaysia I really don't like the budget airport that they use which has very limited seating and little or no air-condition, and they usually only have 1-2 people servicing thousands of people. Their ticketing policies are far too rigid too and really the extra charging and ofted full price charges if you want to change a schedule makes Air Asia more expensive than other airlines if you calculate your average ticket price over one year, for example. Air Asia is simply a marketing ploy but offering worse service.
I also had my bags taken by some Chinese tourist as they came out onto the conveyor. I know that this isn't particularly Air Asia's fault but it does show the type of customer that they're now getting. I confronted these tourists to get them back and eventually had to involve the police standing at the customs declaration counter to help me and they were real scruffy and smelly people who I'm pretty sure wouldn't normally have enough money to be able to fly. SO WATCH OUT....

In Topic: Yingluck Laughs At Speculations She Would Be Removed As PM

Yingluck is spent capital. Of course she will be removed and that was likely always the plan. However, she was probably meant to stay about one year until former TRT execs could be elected. Now, the problem is what to do between now and then? Can Thaksin and the party risk keeping her especially should a back-lash from angy citizens occur? I suspect not. Too tricky for her.

Three of my friend's relatives moved to stay at my house outside of the flooded areas and all of them arrived with sickness, one being admitted to hospital.
