As a quick addendum, I would also take issue with plug of Romrawin.
It's important to understand how a place like this is run.
The doctors are all young, fairly attractive, fair-skinned females, and that's about the extent of their "expertise." Because they didn't go to the finest medical schools, didn't graduate at the top of their classes, and don't have a lot of experience, they don't really have the luxury of working in a traditional practice. Instead, they divide their weeks among three or more of Romrawin's braches. On Monday, Doctor X might be at Romrawin Central Pinklao; on Tuesday, she might be at Romrawin Central Bangna; on Wednesday, she might be all the way out at Romrwawin Future Park Rangsit. When she's not driving--and she's certainly doing a lot of that--Doctor X is struggling desperately to earn enough commission to make ends meet. That's why she can sometimes sound more like a Chatuchak Market huckster than a doctor. "Special price just for you," she'll say. "Today only."
What does all of this mean for the customer? Well, Romrawin sets the price for Botox at 6000 Baht per area. It then debits Doctor X for the amount of botox she uses. In other words, the less Botox she uses, the more money she makes. Little wonder, then, that Doctor Nok is so concerned about not going "too heavy" and wants to inject just a few units. Little wonder, too, that Botox results last 3+ months in the U.S. but often only a few weeks in Thailand.
And yes, I do speak from experience. I've visited Romrawin for botox and for lasering but will not be using their services again.

I fully agree. The same happens in Apex. The more often I go the less is injected. Last time the result lasted a mere couple of weeks. I am also looking for a doctor who charges by the unit but haven't found one so far.
