The OP asked if the Korat immigrationoffice is still in Dan Kwian. The answer is yes it is.

He also asked if someome has a map which shows the location. Google Map should be sufficient.
If from Korat take route 224 south direction Chok Chai. The entrance road to the pottery village is on your left hand and is flanked by two giant urns. You can't miss them.
If from Chok Chai ake the same route north direction Korat. After you have passed the road to Korat Zoo you will soon see the entrance road to the pottery village on your right hand side.

You better ask the internetprovider 3BB what they can do in your village. They have lately installed new cables all over Buriram and many other places in Isaan. It might be those cables you have seen.
They have their office in Buriram next to TT&T on InJantraNarong Road (off Thani Road) and they also have a selling point in BigC.

On Thanee Road just north of the busstation is a big computer store.They are very well sorted and have most of what you need. At BigC they sell computers and computer equipment within the BigC proper. There are a number of small computer stores around in the complex too. Some of them are rather good.

Why don't you look for a local craftsman who can make the furniture to your own specifications. They are often cheaper and give you much better quality than the stalls along the roads.
