You are in luck, as (I think) the big fireworks display is being held on Dec 16th and 17th. If it's not postponed again!

Thank you for taking the trouble, much appreciated. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we have had to postpone the trip until 17th/18th December, (was supposed to be this weekend). Hope they have some left.
