#5276101 Need Advise On Elderly Dying Farang

If he has the funds (genuine I hope) he would be well cared for at the nursing home attached to the mcKean hospital in Chiangmai.  About 25000baht a month for room and board and nursing care. I know someone who transferred there just before his death. His comment regarding the hospital he transfered to and there was.  This is heaven....that was hell.

#5212946 What'S Your Opinion?

I dont see anything wrong with someone asking questions and always willing to help.

What does bother me though is when they ask, then disappear after they get what they want.

Same for PM's, cant stand it when someone pops me off a pm and no thank you in return. Now i give incomplete info on first PM and give full details if they reply back...lol

I realize that most folk have their own preference for music and their own chosen medium to listen at home - be it CD, vynal, MP3 or Internet streaming. Still this may be of interest to some.

Modern Chiang Mai Radio - 100.75 MHZ play a wide selection and variery of English language music and songs throughout the day. It seems to be more 50's/60's orientated after 0800. In the afternoon, depending on the day, it becomes more modern. Its good enjoyable background music.

i listen to Modern Radio most days whilst on the computer. Its relaxing and enjoyable and even some of the Thai music is not bad
