I am returning to Australia next Thursday after 18 years here. I won't quite disappear but bit hard to tell you about the new places here when I am not here.

Fund Raiser For Flood Victims - On Now

Please try and get down to Beach Road today, the local music community have come together to try and raise some money for the flood victims up north. There will be a variety of genres and nationalities - 12 hours of music starting from 12pm today (14th Oct). One of our long term supporters (Jesters Care 4 Kids) and favourite local bands, Band of Smiles will be playing at 6pm. The stage will be located at the entrance of Walking Stree.

Its been about 3 years since Cannonball have been to Pattaya. This THURSDAY night they will be playing at Purple Space Monkey, Soi Chaiyapruek - between Sukhumvit and Jomtien Beach Road.

If you want to see and hear a great band make your way done there!!! They will be on from around 9:00p.m.

New Pizza Shop

Yes,  there will be a new pizza / deli opening very soon in Jomtien - Soi Casa Jomtien, which is between Soi 7 and 9.  The name is  Deli-zza

They have been doing taste testing in different places.   Tonight I had one - and all I can say if this is the taste test give me more.

Ok description:  thin crust cooked to perfection - tomato base excellent, topping:  cheese, capsicum, onion and pork sausage meat.

Absolutely and utterly perfect IMHO.

if you want to try tomorrow night they will have a selection on the free buffet at Meneut Bar (next to Robin Hood Bar) on Thappraya Road on the right side  before you get to Jomtien Beach Road. The buffet starts at 7:00p.m. so get along and have a try.

BTW - it is American owned and run so look out for thig like Reuben(?) and Kosher corn brisket.

Meeting Tv Mods

Last night I met a few of the mods.

They were in Leo Blues Bar obviously having a ball when I got to meet them.

The one I would realy like to mention is SBK; now I have heard all the rumours and the comments on here that is is an ovrblown aging hippy and Ijust thought she must have upset a few people!!
Well yes, she is an aging hippy and if she left the whip alone would probably be fun to hang out with - I am not crossing her :lol:
