Will be much appreciated anyone could give me an advise please.

I have quite extended experience in opening educational institutions and branches in my country. I am thinking about to open such establishment in Thailand

in order to close this niche in international learning sector here. It will certainly make some attraction to expats who I believe  will consider an option to bring their kids

to the school. Does anyone have such an experience in this sort of field? Are there any possible difficulties in opening this kind of business? Any nuances or balancing?

What sort of licensing or limitations you might meet?
