In Topic: How To Choose Tiles

Thank you for your reply. And from all comments, I guess other than slippery/non-slippery, color, design and size, there is not really quality difference then ?

I would also add to make sure you get a coarse finish for the bathrooms or anyplace which will get wet.

Highly polished tile is very slippery when water-covered.

Depending on where the tiles are for, the OP may wish to consider non slip tiles.

Thank you for respond and yes, it's our bouilding permit.

Did you mean "Re-done" as do apply it again ?

Assuming it's your Building Permit that has an expiry date (ours was 1 year) providing you start before that date I don't believe there is an issue.

Even if you let it expire (our did due to financial problems) it's a simple matter to get it re-done.

Of course, things may differ in your area so YMMV.

Thank you for people who gave me some information. In the end I found a small store in Phuket where I could order bathtub with teak wood. (The lady there told me they make it in BKK.) My bathtub is 100cm diameter round and 70cm heights with proper draining plug and cover. it cost me less than 14,000 baht including delivery. I came out better than expected and I am very pleased. here are photos of my bathtub waiting to be used !!Attached File  bathtub_1.jpg   36.6K   11 downloadsAttached File  bathtub_2.jpg   30.77K   8 downloads

In Topic: Sealant For Leaking Flat Roof

We had problem with leaking roof for many years even we tried a lot different things. Finally we found a company does form spray in Hua Hin. It's not the cheapest way, but it has been working out great. No need to worry every time we get rain is such a relief.

This company goes all over Thailand to do their jobs.
