Incredible and sickening that these thugs get away with this!

Both Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) and Elephant Nature Park (ENP) have been hard hit as both were raided by armed officials of the Department of National Parks (DNP) and police units.
WFFT and ENP feel they have been targeted for speaking out on the recent elephant killings at Kaengkrachan National Park and Kuiburi National Park, and the involvement of officials, politicians and wealthy businessmen.

Wow, what an absolute fantastic man with a HUGE heart for his country, people and animals.

Means each dose is at 6,000 Baht ..!!!!!!!!!!! ...And here we have a poor person in some wherever floodwater bitten by a Mamba snake having to frantically find 6,000 Baht in how many minutes till the snake bite kills him..? And how does he / she even get to a rescue center where they have these precious 50 doses flown in .....??? Mamamia !! that's all I can say .... Money .... money /... money !!!!  6,000 Baht !!!! for 1 antidote .... repulsive !!! And that too from THE RED CROSS who has had millions pourred in as donations .... this is abominal !!

Marco called me today and requested me to post on TV for him since he is in his new house and well yes housebound for a while but does not have internet connection in there. He wants me to tell everybody at TV a very big Thank You for all of you who have posted about his accident and updated the situation and even visited him although he has absolutely no recollection of the visits per say. He can't even remember his brother's 4 day visit from France ... in fact he remembers nothing for the 1st 2 weeks of his hospitalisation .... He is recuperating slowly and will most likely take a few more months if not more before he can come back to work on a full time basis .... meantime he has been going to the restaurant on a very restricted tme basis to organize the staff and menus to keep the business going smoothly and as he said the staff have been wonderful and are certainly holding up the fort ... so no worries and all will be fine ... He said his staff were all very well trained to work on their own and are doung a wonderful job at it ...  So hey Marco, hope to see you back full time very soon !!!

Loi Krathong Dates For 2011

Does anybody know the exact dates for Loi Krathong this year? Someone told me Oct 29th..? I don't think that is correct ... One Google site says Nov 5 - 10 ..? Wikipedia only says Nov 10th.... It is usually end November but maybe this year is different depending on the full moon dates. A few other sites also say Nov 5-10... Can Anybody confirm this ... Thanks

Benadryl Antihistamine

I have looked in all the pharmaceutical shops in and around Hand Dong Road including the ones in Big C, also in Wararoot Market area and they all only have the Syrup to treat colds which is not what I need .. I need the antihistamin tablets for allergies ... anybody have any idea as to where in Chiang Mai I may find some.....??  Must have only Diphenhydramine as an ingredient ..... nothing else and don't want a substitute ...only Benadryl..
