I'm posting this in the family children section as I thought it would be more appropriate than jop wanted.

When I first met my wife 8 years ago she was working in a restaurant in Koh Samui, 2 young kids later(3 1/2, 2) she is itching to do some work, problem is that she wants to work in a restaurant again but she hasn't really thought it through regarding the hrs as it is 5-12 pm which is not convenient at all.

Does anybody know of any farang owned creche's in Bangkok that maybe looking for Thai' staff who speak very good English, when we was briefly living in Hua Hin she found a job at a creche for a holiday cover but after 2 weeks of that the boss and the kids loved her so she was offered a full time job, unfortunately right at that time I had to come back to BKK to work so we couldn't do it but she can do that no problem.

Anyway if anyone knows of a creche that might need a Thai person between 9-5 who speaks very good English, doesn't smoke, very rarely drinks, is hard working and good with children then I appreciate you could pass on my details.

Today I tried to access the Itunes store at couldn't connect using wifi, at first I thought maybe a problem with connection the firewall then I decided to try on my Iphone and couldnt either so I tried on my Iphone using 3G and had no problems.

I was in the process of phoning True to see if they block it then it occurs to me to change my DNS which I have set manually on both PC and Iphone at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and changed to to my router default and secondary 208.67.222.222 and he presto as soon as I did that Itunes connected no problem.

Do you think maybe google upto some dirty tricks? This happened to anyone else who is using Google servers for DNS

I recenlty went from  a Blackberry to a 4s and must say im a bit bit disapointed.. where as the BB was not good for apps it was very good for easy use for messaging especially with the unfied inbox for all messaging, text,email,twitter,facebook,whatsapp great they all come into the same inbox..whcih is something the Iphone does do noit do but for the apps it is good.

Anyway i have  quesion for 4s or IOS 5.01 owners

When i try the old style charger with the  white box looking thing and plug it into the wall it does not charge but charge with USB, but somebody at work has a different type of charge it is a 3 prong plug with the usb plug into that and that works, anybody else has this problem..

How long does people battery last? It seems a bit unfair to have to turn off location services/push/siri just to get a day out of the battery, does anybody have 2 days battery in there 4s?

And now onto my big beef..

Why is it when you take a photo normally when you transfer to PC it is 90 degrees to the left, and when you take a photo using the volume up button as said the new features for IOS 5 the image is completly upside down when you transfer to a PC, this is also on iphone 4 running 5.x, this is crazy man, there is many discusssions on apple re this, but this is crazy man 26k for 32kb for pictures to come out bad.. this is not good..

Iv been having some problems with the inside of my mouth for a good 3 yrs now, there seem to be lumps either side inside cheeks, iv been taking some pills to take away the pain but they make me drowsy all the time..

Not to sure if its becuase i may unknowling bite my cheeks while im sleeping or something more sinister..but its been to long now so i wanna get it sorted

Can anyone recommend a resonable price hostpital in BKK who may have specialist for mouth problems where someone can check it out, iv got work insurance so providing it isnt way over the top they should cover it.

Looking to buy sa kids full face helmet but every shop i go to only has adult size, does anyone know anywhere in inner BKK that sells them?
