Went out to our land to find that the weeds are trying to take over all the plants and trees......what a difference 2 weeks of rains can make. In need of lots and lots of mulch to smother the weeds. Any ideas where to find a truck load and whats the best kind to use?

Got a Ducati Monster and need the first 1000km oil change done on it but Ducati BKK said it will be around 10K for them to fly up and service it. Figure if there are a few of us we could go in on it together to bring the cost down.

No Contract Between Condo And Management Company!

Was informed tonight by our chair man that "there is NO contract", after me asking to see the contract between our condo and the management company for the past 2 weeks. Is he lying to me, or for real. I kind of went off my rocker when he told me this. How does one know what services are provided, for what costs, and for how long? Just floored that there would not be a contract. I have a witness to him saying this. Just wondering what my next move should be.....?
