This suggests that each person who is ill from "tobaccorelated" illness costs the country 1 million Baht every year. Credible figures?

But let's see: 11 million smokers x 271 baht per course of Nortriptyline = Bt2.9 billion. I think the numbers are starting to make sense!

50 milligrams per liter is (approximately) 0.5%, the same level being enforced at the moment, AFIK.

This may not be the best business model: Find the feature or aspect of your product that your customers use most and then cripple or restrict it. There must be a more graceful way to deal with bandwidth hogs. Maybe time to block Youtube again?
