I'm trying to update some listings for a Samui travel website

ok i believe you , millions wouldnt ( remains me of the thread of the guy after the ' Cashier ' at Dream Girls )

anyway, what information do you need?, pretty sure someone in the samui thread will have the answers ...Big C where fore art thou :whistling:

LOL! I guess you're assuming I'm a closeted straight male...nothing to hide: I do love my sequins and sparkling frocks!

Just seeking a phone number, email or website so I can contact them to check show times and fees.

Sorry, I don't have any names to offer. The mobile I tried was listed as a general contact number on some of the websites I've seen, and it was a Thai person who answered.

Bang Tao is a beautiful beach, long and sandy and this time of year you might have the beach to yourself! I'd recommend going up to the northern part, which is very peaceful, or over to Layan beach. Swimming could be dangerous, however, so you may be confined to the sands on some days. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, too, mainly on the road leading to Laguna: Siam Supper Club is fantastic, Tatonka, BAKE, Woody's Bakery, Black Cat. Lots of shops along there too, mostly furniture & antiques. A lot of people go to Lotus restaurant in the evenings, directly on the sands near Banyan Tree - fresh seafood selected live from tanks.

Not sure if you have kids but Laguna is putting on a family fun festival now till the end of August, where the kids can enjoy games and sports activities. Lots of small massage places (and probably massage ladies on the beach, too) or if you want to splash out try the Banyan Tree spa.

Your resort will of course offer you tons of activities to try: speedboat trips, kayaking in Phang Nga Bay, tours of Old Phuket Town, etc....

Enjoy your trip! The weather is gorgeous at the moment, hope it stays that way for your visit.

Check with Dave at Paddle Asia -- this Phuket based company uses the traditional kayak style so he'd know where to source them (and he's probably got some great tips on where to go!).

That part of the island is lovely -- let's hope it stays that way!

Big pool at Land & House Park in Chalong, and last time I went I was delighted to find out that they've lowered their entry price. Now 70 baht adults; 50 baht kids. Restaurant there not bad, also.
