Just to give you a bit of background, my wife lent out money to a so called good friend (THAI) wife of a Brit I got to know the Brit ChrXXis BXXXXXX lived in Uttaradit wife lived the high life money not a problem wife 32 he 69 any how things going great untill i found out that his bussnies falled in uk his wife sutXX took all the money out of his credit cards also had borrowed 12 mil baht from different friends me 400 thousand now sold house and took 8 mil and now some where in thailand waiting to get visa to go back to uk have been onto lawyer waiting for warrent have found out she owes 1.7 mil to a policemans wife he has contact immagration so will wait see what happens

Would like some Info in regard to Visa and WP
I am an Australian working on the Mine sites in WA, as a Quality Manager, Married to a Thai and live in Thailand do 3weeks on 1 week off At present I have a NON O visa Now the company has asked me if I would go to Thailand to be the Quality Representive for the WA company I am presently employed by and oversee the building of 3 ball mills by a Thailand company, the Thai company will be the subcontractor. I will be based at the Thai company until the works are completed.
Now I will not be employed by a Thai company will be paid into my Australian bank account will pay Australian tax,
I think this can be classified as Specialist work, and does not require WP not sure????
So the questions are:
1 Do I need a WP????
2 How is this obtained as I do not work for a Thai Company???
3 If need WP what paperwork is needed???
4 Do I need a Business Visa instead of the NON O

To me Tom Yum is NOT a Clear soup ??? Iam having this argument with people in OZ they are saying TOM YUM is a clear soup but I eat it 3 or 4 times a week out of the wifes resturant and to me it's not a clear soup please clarify!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys need to do a Visa run from Utteradit, use to go to Tak but I belive that is closed now, so where is the nearest boarder crossing, ! Chaing Ria, Chang mai ????? will be going by car so any info on roads woulb be good
