My 2yr old daughter absolutely loves to eat the cooked/boiled chicken and pig blood that many restaurants sell, is it safe? Obviously it contains a lot of iron and her stools are black after she has eaten it but apart from black poo is there anything else I should be worried about?
She only has it once a week or so, not as though she has it every day.
Thanks

Brit Living In Mainland Europe
2012-05-14 08:48:12
Morning all,
I'm contemplating spending a few years in Europe from next year so my daughter and wife (Thai) can experience life outside of Thailand, obviously I don't need a visa/work permit but my wife would. If we plan to go straight to mainland Europe from Thailand (Netherlands, Belgium or Germany) would she still need to get a British visa before applying for a shengen visa? I might study again while I'm there, would a shengen be more likely to be granted if I was studying full-time? As our daughter is only two years old my wife will be looking after her but if she said she might want to work after our daughter starts school, would she be able to get a work permit if on a shengen visa?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Bike Videos.

There have been some really cool bike videos posted on individual topics with riding tips, advice, skills, stunts etc but it is often hard to find them again. How about a dedicated thread where such videos can be posted? I'll start with a couple that I've enjoyed recently.

There hasn't been a travel warning for Chiang Rai since VF announced he was moving here!
