in the last few years, True showed the superbowl.
this year- none. with no explanation!
what gives?
i assume they didn't think the foriegn customer base was worth the cost of the rights to show it?

Tax On Severance Pay

I've done my research on severance payment in Thailand- there's plenty of info on the web for amounts.
But what is not clear is how exactly it is taxed.
Some think it's taxed at a lesser rate, some say same rate as salary, and one even thought it wouldn't be taxed at all.
Informed answers only please- if I need guesses I can do that myself ;)  thank you in advance

land naturally increases in value ( with a few exceptions)
but with the opening of CENTRAL, does this make CR a more viable retirement home for Thais and Farang, thus increasing land values more rapidly?
does it make it a more viable option to chiang Mai, now that CR has the 'city' comforts without CM's pollution and traffic?
