Thanks a lot Kwasaki - well I am supprised too.
The car is under my name .. with house book you mean my green book, right?
So no contract etc is needed?
What about my number plates, just leave them on etc

If it's in your name I guess you give your buyer a copy of your passport and copy of proof of address, I 'm sure someone will give you some better advice eventually.

I don't think that you can compare IC (should be IHG btw) to Accor.
Accor is operating in a 3 - 4 star level with lots of run down hotels.
Interconti is a 5 star brand with a much wider and better portfolio
of hotels and brands.
The Sofitel HH is different thats for sure but that certainly does not
go for the entire brand.
