First about the red points, is difficult to give a good diagnosis , but I suggest to look to the ingredients in the food, many parrot food manufacturers use a chemical.
I am very happy with the food of Pamornchai Supply LTD in Bangkok (Kaytee and Versele Laga ) you should try Fiesta Max for Macaw from Kaytee, it has every thing you bird need, ( never give them human food, )
avoid dried fruits with sulfur dioxide. And If possible go once a year to a vet to have your bird examined and vaccinations.
If you can not construct a cage then let somebody do it for you, i not know if you have enough place for free flight
but anyhow look here

for the food you can send a email to parmornchai@parmornchaisupply.com
(If you get no answer let me know.)
End of this month I will have "many" green Iguanas as far as I could see there most be more then 40 eggs
