I don't know if this counts as defamation. He actually gives a rather positive picture, saying that when one property was already rented they tried immediately to find another suitable one for him, which however also turned out to be rented already.
I have to apologize to the company, and to Khun Yu, because she sent me an e-mail apologizing herself, and that she made a mistake.

We are already working again with her.

She should ask on January 5 as they may be able to make arrangements for file transfer.  Do not recall seeing any recent reporting on such matters.  As for 90 day report itself some seem to allow now (after initial reports said they would not).  As she seems to be making a move it needs to be done at the new location and she should report herself as living there as a change also.  Most times if you ask what to do the officers will be happy to advise and it should be according to local policy (which does vary).

Thanks a lot lopburi3.

So we'll ask the officer what to do, but do we ask before or after she gets her new 1year retirement visa, because that is due also on Januari 18th, but we can do it one month before?

(1) The alien has obtained a temporary visa (NON-IM);
(2) The applicant is 50 years of age or over;
(3) Proof of income of not less than Baht 65,000 per month; or
(4) Account deposit with a bank in Thailand of not less than
800,000 Baht as shown in the bank account for the past 3 months at the filing date of the application. For the first year, the applicant should have that amount in his bank account for not less than 60 days or
(5) Annual income plus bank account deposit totaling not less
than Baht 800,000 as of the filing date of application

The top up in the bank will do.

How are you getting on Raybona? Prefer Thailand to Goa?
Hi Lite Beer, thanks for the info.

And yes, prefer Thailand over Goa

Are you on a retirement extension of stay?  She would need no income to be your dependent for one year extensions in that case.

The alternative is a 50k account in a local bank in her name alone to put with the income letter to be 800k or more.

No, She is on a retirement extension of stay, we are not legally married and her income letter says that she gets approximately THB 756.360. like 151.272 NOK

Last year it was NOK 143.568 app. THB 832.694

So she's getting more in order to recieve less.

Does immigration understand that?
