Do Not Ever!

2011-08-31 16:00:17

Talking to a certain KUN YU from  the former mentioned company, trying to look for a house to rent, I was told by her that the property on the webside was occupied, but she told me to call me back in 10 min.
2hours later she said that they had another house, but it was (of course more expensive), but anyway we liked it on the pictures and said , we are coming tomorrow, pay 3 months (45000), and move in.
Wait a minute sir, maybe it's not available!!!!!!!!!!!
Call her back 15 minutes later and she says not available, thanks for calling us and hangs up???

And that's a company calling itself : Thalay property!!

It's up to you!!

90 Day Report, While Moving To Another Province

2010-12-30 14:03:28

Hi, my wife is getting a new retirement visa on the 5th of January here in Chiang Mai, her 90 day paper says come back on the 18th.

By that time we will be in chanthaburi already.

Can we just go to immigration over there to do her  90 day report,?
Do we have to inform immigration here about our moving before we're even there?

Thanks in advance.

Best Place To Go For Visarun From Chanthaburi?

2010-12-28 14:11:01

Hi, I'm moving from Chiang Mai to Chanthaburi in about two weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place there where I can cross the border with Cambodia in order to do a visarun?
Or, are there any agents (or whatever) who organize trips from Bangkok to do this, and pass Chanthaburi, so they can pick me up there?

Any advise would be welcome.

Thanks, Ray

Extention Of Retirement Visa Need Help Urgently

2010-12-24 17:26:10

Hi, my wife is getting a dissability pension from Norway, but thanks to the Euro, the Norwegian krown also dropped.
Now she has to renew her retirement visa for the third time, and the letter from the embassy shows that she gets more krowns per year than last year, but due to the exchange rate she only gets 756.360 THB.
What to do now?

Thanks

Transfering 15 Day Stamp Over To New Passport?

2010-11-30 08:03:17

Hi, I have a 15 day stamp from Mae Sai border in my old passport valid until December 10, and now I have a new passport.

I wonder if I can just go to the border with my 2 passports on that day, and will they start stamping in my new one?

Thanks, Ray
