I used Thai Visa run and it went smoothly.
Leaves at 9:30am from the restaurant on the corner of Sukhumvit and Ekamai, right by the Sky Train station.
Costs 2000 baht, bring your passport, a photo copy of your passport and 2 passport photos.
Get there at least 15 minutes early to get the paperwork done.
They provide lunch on the bus, en route and a bottle of water when you get on.
There's a couple of stops each way.
Simple procedure at the border. Queue up to leave Thailand and get stamped out. No need to cross the border and run the gauntlet of all the begging kids. They tell you to wait and they take passports to get stamped on the Cambodian side. Your passport is then returned and you queue up to re-enter Thailand and get stamped back in. I received another 15 days.
Left at 9:30am returned around 8:15pm to Ekamai.

Only one grumble. I was sat at the front, the TV was loud and the woman organiser was on her mobile for 5 hours-THERE AND BACK!!!

Thanks for all the replies. As mentioned, l need another 9 days in Thailand. I leave to return to the UK on the 31st.
I will use Thai Visa run. I will report back on my experience.
