I have a Thai lady friend who told me of something funny that might sound interesting to look at...?
She said: "address the Tom like a girl and she'll run away like crazy"...
I looked a her like what?... and she added:
"call her honey, tell her she looks cute today, buy and extra lipstick for the tom, face her with a smile everyday and make obvious that you are checking her around as a woman and when she (it is a she alright) has a bad mood, joke about someone having the period today. Give her a pack of Kotex and tell the tom -oh, one for the wife and one for you darling"
She says this technique (recommended by another tom classmate) got one molesting tom away from her sister... In the end, it is obvious that the dubious behave is just to upset the husband... so, why not turn things around and put the tom in the spotlight?... in the worst case-scenario, your friend can have some laugh as payback and test his lady's reaction...

On a serious note to those of you with young children, a friend of my wife was in a shopping centre in Bangkok when her 4 year old son was snatched when she wasn't looking. About a year later her son called out to her from the side of the road. She didnt recognise him. He has a shaven head and was missing one of his legs. He was stolen and used for professional begging.
That is the saddest thing I have ever read!
For a bastard that does something like this, hell is little to ask for!!!
God save our children!
