How To Find Owner Of Land/Property

There is a derilict building on a good sized piece of land near where I live which I would be interested to buy, then bulldoze the old building and build a new house.  Does anyone know an easy way to track down who owns the land/building?  It is in Bangkok, On Nut area.

I'm having my wedding party in a Sukhumvit hotel March 10th and am looking for recommendations for a DJ.  He/she has to be able to bring all equipment, PA etc and must be able to play Thai and Western (rock) music.  Gig will be from about 20.00-01.00.

Anyone fancy going for a 1 day run this Saturday?  I'm thinking to leave On Nut around 08.00 and go Chachoengsao, Wang Nam Kiouw, Kao Yai and back to On Nut.  Should be about 5-600km from what I remember. PM me if you are interested and I will give me mobile number.

Quickest Route To Khanong Phra

I need to get to Bonanza Golf and Country club up by Kao Yai at Khanong phra as quickly as possible tomorrow afternoon by bike.  I will be leaving from the Harley shop up towards Lat Prao way.  Looking at the map, quickest way is Nr 9, Nr1, then Nr2, but I'm pretty sure Nr9 is tollway and no good for bikes.  Anyone got a fastroute suggestion?? I'm also not sure what the flood situation is since I've been stuck offshore for past 6 weeks.
