Nespresso Coffeemachines And Capsules

For all you Nespresso lovers, Central department store sells now the machines and the capsules for a very good cup of coffee.
I bought my machine years ago back in Europe and let every visitor bring in some capsules.
I think I have to continue doing so, since the prices are insane.
Machine: from 17.900 Baht. (in Europe E119,00) about 4800 Baht)
Capsules from 400 Baht. (in Europe from E3,20) about 130 Baht)
But if you have the money and you like good coffee.......

Thai Consulate In Bali (Denpasar) Still Open?

Does anybody know if the Thai Consulate in Denpasar is still open for business?
I will be traveling to Bali soon and need a tourist visa..
Tried to call and email them, but no answer..

Warning Suvarnabhumi Customs Crackdown On Cigarettes

Today 2 friends arrived in Bangkok, they both had instead of the max. 200 cigarettes, 400 cigarrets with them.
They fine was really high, they had to pay 28.000 baht each, and also had to leave the 2 cartons at customs...nice start of the holiday!
While this all happened, they where bringing in more tourist with the same problem.
So beware.

Saw The New Ford Ranger.

Saw the new Ford Ranger on my way to Mae Sai, it will be introduced in April in Thailand.
They where doing a tour in Thailand with the designers, and car dealers.
Think the cars look very good!
