Hotmail.

2011-09-05 12:20:51

To computers technicians.

I  am not good at all technically with computers . I use Hotmail as a server.  I am receiving over 200 spam emails per week. I wish to change my Email address to stop all this unwanted spam.I looked on "Google' but it said I could not delete my email address.
After reading some highly technical replies from the experts on thaivisa (The jargon which  I do not understand )  I am sure one or more, knowledgable members could help me overcome my problem, if it were put into simple terms which I would understand.

I am looking forward to receiving a reply and wish to thank everyone in advance for any help I may receive.  Thank you.

Centrelink

2011-08-28 10:05:00

To any Australian pensioners on Thaivisa living in Thailand.

I wish to know if you are or have experienced any problems dealing with Centrelink in Australia.
My Thai wife and I have received Centrelink documents to complete for Centrelink records. Cenrelink sent them to me in a prepaid envelope. They also sent to me a prepaid envelope to return the documents to them, including other documents, bank statements etc. There were not enough room in the envelope to accommodate all the paperwork so I purchased a larger envelope. My wife took the letter to theThai Post office with the front of the prepaid envelope attached to return to Australia. The Thai post office rejected it on the grounds that they do not have a agreement with Australia to return mail to them with a prepaid system. Why did they send me this prepaid envelope? I had to pay $7.50.postage.   I  were born in the U.K. but I have lived in South Australia since 1971. I receive my Centrelink mail from Victoria , New South Wales and Hobart. Strangely not my own state.

I have telephoned Centrelink several times and was informed they would return my call but never did. They also have a email address ....international. services@centrelink.gov.au         I have sent 5 emails ,all got returned as undeliverable. They advertise 1300, 1800, telephone numbers to contact them but I think these numbers are for Australia only. I only have a mobile telephone so maybe I will have to try it on a friend's landline. Thank you in advance.  I would appreciate any serious views  on this topic.

Searching Thailand.

2011-07-20 18:19:03

Dear all members,
When I came to live in Thailand I brought with me an electric mincer /sausage maker. It was new in the box. After three times used it broke down. I took it to se if I could get it repaired.  I was informed it was un-repairable. This was about 14 weeks ago. Since then I have contacted varios company's and sent lots of emails. Quite a lot of them never replied to my emails. I really do miss my fat free sausages as I have high cholestrol.
I could get one from the U.K; Australia or the U.S.A. The delivery fee I was quoted was $40.00. per kilogram. A lot of U.S.A. company's do not deliver to Thailand.  I am making this post to ask if anyone has knowledge where I can purchase one suitable for home use. I have been offered industrial ones weighing up to 32 Kg.which are too big for my requirements. Thank you for your answers to my question.

Hi  Thaivisa Members,

Has any of the members had a heart by-pass? I had a by-pass 14 months ago, and where they removed the veins from my legs. I still am experincing numbness in my legs. I were wondering if any of other members has had this experience and will the nerves grow back to a normal feeling? Thank you  in advance for your replies.
