I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend an apartment building located just south of the city in the Hai ya area for under 5000b per month. Aircon, tv & fridge not essential. Would prefer a separate shower (either by a curtain or a wall- just not direct onto the toilet) but that would be overlooked if the apartment is otherwise great. Basically just looking for something clean (with a bit more space than you can swing a cat in) with security, parking, wifi & wardrobe.
