To Visa Or Not To Visa

I am planning to travel to Tland in the near future and want to spend a couple months then return for a couple months before re-entering Thailand.  Can I do this with a double entry?

There is no question that high rainfall is likely the single greatest contributing factor to the flooding.  However, one must question how much keeping the dams full and not releasing water has contributed to the problem?

Rental Deposit

I am looking at renting a condo in Patts for 10k for the month which seems reasonable although 8 per unit electrical and 1k for internet.  However, they are asking for payment in advance of 10k for the rent plus 10k damage deposit plus 7k utility deposit.  Does this seem right?  I have rented privately and never had this situation.  It is a well known builder with properties in Patts by the way.

Also anyone know where I can rent or get a cheap bike for exercise in Patts.  I like to ride a few times a week for cardio.

I'm looking at renting a condo unit in Patts from a company that owns some complexes and the rent is reasonable at 10K baht although the elect is 8 per unit and add another 1k for internet.  However, they require in advance the rent for the month 10K plus another 10k for a damage deposit plus another 7k to cover utilities as a deposit so a total of 27k for a 10k per month unit before I have stepped foot in Patts.  I've rented privately before and never seen this.  What do you guys think?

Another quick question I like to exercise by riding a road bike (10 speed) and was wondering if I can rent one reasonably or buy one cheap in Patts.

Just when you thought suicides with hands tied behind the back was a Thai phenomenon.  And to those who have said "this would never happen in a Western country" I present this sad case.  Is it a rich and corrupt man basically owning the police dept or a case of suicide?  Apparently the pharmaceutical magnate hired a high profile PR firm immediately after the death and had instructed the German Shepard to be removed the night before the incident.  It is also rumored he has ties to the Mafia or similar.  Here are the links:

I should also mention there has been virtually no coverage of this in Southern California or elsewhere.  Keeps reminding me of the movie Chinatown.
