Hi . I bought a new car in June 2011 and am still on red plates. The car sales asked me for copies of my passport ,Visa, Driving licence, and lease papers on the house. Now they want a copy of Certificate of residence which i dont have. Enybody know where i get one and any cost involved. I live in Takhiantia Banglamung , pattaya .Thanks for any guidence..  Pete..

Hi folks,
         it is time for my retirement visa renewell and as they ask for two photo do they also require two copies of TM7 ?                               They now ask fora document showing your thai address. i bought a house in my wifes name so have a house book but when i asked my wife if my namewas in the book she said no just her and my sons name. As its all written in thai i dont know if i should be named in the book or not ? will this without my name serfice for  imigration ?
last question, on the tm7  it says ( I wish to applyfor an extension of temporary stay for another period of------------ days ) should i put 90

  Hi.  I have to do 90 day sighn in on 2nd oct and extention retirment on11th oct. the 2nd is a sunday so it either the 3rd oct or 30th sep
is it possible to do both at the same time on either dates. ( Anyone bin there done that ) I usually avoid mondays and fridays but  no choice this time.. Thanks for any knowledgeable reply   Pete

Hi ,
I have had a retirement for six years but last year i decided to get a visa based on being married to a thai. Worst thing i ever did. I was talked down to and treated with disrespect . I also had to return to imigration four times before i got my visa from Bangkok So back to retirement visa this year which is a simple and usually quick ( 10 -20 min ) job. Does anyone know if changing visa type requires any additionall paper work..I cant remember Doing any last year .
