This thread has gone on for over 2 months with Tropo vehemently defending his mate of 30 years. I tend to stand up for my mates too, unless they cross the line.

In this particular accident, it was a rear end collision. The driver of the Toyota Fortuner had no control over the situation as it happened almost instantaneously.
The driver of the Porsche, being impaired, was unable to react quickly enough to swerve or take evasive action.
OzMick makes a very valid point re maneuverability of a sports car /sedan as opposed to a lumbering S.U.V., however, in this case, I doubt even Mark Webber driving a Hummer would have been able to react in time with a Porsche bearing down on his rear end at over 200kmh.
This was a somewhat 'extreme' case due to the high speed involved.

As Reported on Thai News (Channel 3).

The Fortuna was travelling at 40 kmh
The Porsche was travelling at 280 kmh

Both Speeds were calculated from the Expressway CCTV Footage.

Both drivers were over the legal blood alcohol limit (the driver of the Porsche more than 2x the limit).

It was reported that the Porsche hit the rear of the Fortuna and basically went underneath it throwing the Fortuna into the air.

Pretty sure the Nazis did not have much of a problem with Asians , they got along very well with the Japanese
