Theres a street bar on phahol 2 before the 7/11 they show the football. (crap tv and in thai but cheap).
Also a more expensive bar between phahol 5-7 (seats outside, air con inside pool table upstairs and has a tv, ive watched football in there before.
Also they show the football in sofa bar on Phahol 7(soi ari) about a 5-10 minute walk down on the right hand side. Reflections 2 on ari soi 4 also have a tv, more of a restaurant though.

I have seen kids, babies in the pickled liver (soi 7/1) suk.
No smoking allowed inside.
Whats wrong with taking your kid to a pub?

A breakfast burrito is a massive Americanization in the first place, and if there's a place for Thai peanut chicken burritos in the world, I don't see a problem with french fries, as long as they warn you on the menu! Haven't tried that kind of dish but I like french fries on falafel lavash wraps, not so different.

I quite like fries in my falafel/chicken shwarma as well!
Regarding the burrito Its advertised as having a crispy potatoes. Just seemed stuffed full of egg and french fries.
The Breakafst Burrito from sunrise is far better IMO.

I ordered from la monitas a few weeks ago.
got the breakfast burrito that's supposed to have crispy potatoes, instead I got a burrito stuffed with french fries and mostly egg. Disgusting.
the equivalent from sunrise tacos is far better, at least it actually came with potatoes.
