Setting Up A Thai Limited Company With Thai Wife

Hi,



I’m married to a Thai wife.



Therefore, as far as I understand, I need 1 Mio. Baht in registered capital and 2 Thai employees if I want to set up a Thai Limited Company.



I’m just a bit confused about the work permit: Do I still need 2 Mio. Baht capitalisation if I want to issue myself with a work permit or is 1 Mio. Baht ok then?
