Has anybody renewed their 1 year license for a 5 year recently in Bangkok?

Can anybody categorically say whether the medical certificate is required?

Recent Hull Experiences For Non-Imm 'O'

Hi,

I'm about to return to the UK for a couple of weeks and get a new Non-Imm 'O' multi entry visa whilst there (my last one hopefully as am in the process of starting a Thai Ltd Co. and will move onto a 'B' visa)

Has anybody had a recent experience with Hull? Do they still accept "Visiting Friends" on the application form or do they now insist on a sponsor letter?

Residence Certificate On Final Extension With Non-Imm O

Hi,

I am on my final extension of my current Non-Imm 'O' visa (ie. the visa end date is back in July but I can stay until October)

Is it possible for me to get a residence certificate from immigration to buy a motorcycle or do I have to be within the actual dates of my visa stamp?

So now Hong Kong and the UK have agreed (though not yet enforced) the exchange of tax information (OECD)

Any thoughts on what the effect of this is on UK citizens who are non-resident for tax purposes and earning money outside of the UK through offshore HK based companies?
