I am looking for beer coasters in cardboard with company print on it. Does anyone know any companies doing this?
We need a steady supply and in large quantities.

Work Permit When Married.
2012-03-12 17:10:46
I have been searching various official immigration sites, but can't seem to find the answer to the following:
I am a 26 years old Danish citizen who are about to graduate with a domestic university degree this summer, and presently on an ED visa. I have already been offered a job at a big international company, which is about to open it's first Thai office in Bangkok. The problem is, that right now the company have exactly 1 foreigner per 4 Thai workers, since it is a new company in Thailand, and it might be several months before they have hired enough Thai workers to hire another foreigner.
However, I am married to a 29 years old Thai national, who is working as an AVP for one of the big Thai banks. My question is then: if I move from a ED visa to a marriage visa, does the company still have to hire 4 Thais when hiring me? (We have been married since 2008).
Alternatively they can hire me as an trainee for as long as I am on my ED visa, but I would prefer to get regular employment.
According to Sunbelt Asia's info post it says the following:
The Labor Department may also issue or renew work permits regardless of the above criteria when the foreign individual falls into one of the following categories:
-married the cohabiting with a Thai national and has an honest employment.
I just wanna make sure that I read it the right way.
Thanks in advance!

Cardboard Boxes, Where To Buy?
2011-12-08 09:31:51
Does anyone know where in Bangkok to get small cardboard boxes, something like 10x20x20, in plain white or brown cardboard without print? Have found some places where they have a minimum order of 500, but I only need 200 boxes in four different sizes. Anywhere in Bangkok will work.
Pyrat Rum
2011-10-05 11:03:09
I have been to a few bars in Bangkok that serve Pyrat Rum, but I can't find it anywhere in the supermarkets. Does anyone know where to find it? Or any other good rum?
I'm getting a bit sick of Barcardi and Havana Club (the latter is good for mixing though)

Rubber Land In Chanthaburi
2011-09-20 11:00:04
My dad-in-law is very interested in farming, although he knows nothing about it (he is a doctor in Bangkok), and over the last ten years or so, he has been buying farms in Chanthaburi (rubber and mangosteen), to add a bit to the retirement savings. However, over they last few years, he has actively tried to get his three children interested in farming as well. And eventually, last month he gave my wife a small rubber farm in Chanthaburi, and how could we say no? This leads me to ask two questions, the farm is about 40 rai of 5 years old rubber trees, with a little house on it for the caretaker. It is next to a public road, and has water and electricity installed, and it is about 20-30 min from Chanthaburi town. How much should land like this cost? I know he paid about 7 million baht for the farm, but to me it sound expensive?
My second question, is there any good english books about rubber farming? I wanna read a bit, since he likes to talk about farming, and it would be rude to get a generous gift, and then not give a crap.
And a third question, how much profit can we expect from 40 rai of rubber?
Hope someone with more experience in the field, could give me some clues.
