Buying/Downloading Ipad Apps Thai Store?

Is there a way to access the US store with a Thai linked credit card account, rather than use the Thai app store which is much more limited than the US one is? Seems a bit crazy the way its set up but perhaps due to licensing law I presume.

Flights Udon Thani - Chiang Mai

Have they resumed this service from Udon Thani - Chiang Mai? According to this page here http://www.udonthani...rt.udonmap.com/ there is a service twice a day with SGA which I believe is Nok Air mini but when I looked on the website for Nok there was no sign of flights?

Any more info on this?

Toyota Hilux Vigo 4X4 Or 2X4 D-Cab 3.0G?

l`ve seen a few threads on here comparing the Toyota Hilux Vigo 4X4 and 2X4 D-Cab 3.0G if you don`t need a 4X4 why pay the extra cost and added fuel costs. I looked into this and a 2X4 seemed the perfect option the only draw back is that they only do this version in the low ride is that right? The 4X4 is much higher and that is not an option on the 4X2 which means I wont be going for it if this is the case and the dealer confirmed.

Anyone have any other info on this or options in the range I want an auto not a manual and I think only the above models both come in auto.

Any suggestions or advice?

Looking to buy the above pick up in the near future. Has anyone bought one recently or another similar model brand new from the Toyota dealers? What discounts or freebies did you get and was free insurance for the 1st year offered how much of a discount did you get off the list price?

In Isaan they don`t seem as flexible as down south please state the location you bought in also.
