Today I had a phone call from a person whose name and email was in my list of contacts on Yahoo Messenger.
He said that an email from me came to him saying that I lost my passport and money asking him for money. Obviously a scam involving Identity theft and cracked password (very strong). Lately I started getting disconnected from yahoo as 'Signed in on another device'.
My attempt to contact Yahoo lead nowhere. When trying to change the password their computer generated message suggested that my new password will be sent to eminemtins12@gmail.com . Needles to say, it is not my address. I have grounds to believe that the owner of this email address is a thief. Questions:
What do I do from now? Where to report this fact? Is there a Police branch dealing with Cyber crime? Why internet does not clearly say what to do and where to report such things? Are my emails to my correspondents compromised? Are my banking details on 'secure lines' also compromised? I am not a computer wizard, so, please, keep your humour for another case.
Obviously the personal identity of the registered owner of the above address is protected. Pity his/her victims are not. Needless to say that my PC is 'protected' by a good reputable internet security system.
Thanks for advice.

Where To Buy Sheep Milk In Rayong? Advice, Help, Tip?

Year 2011- Century Xix

Dear friends. Any comments appreciated.
Living 200km from BKK, 35km from Rayong is not axactly in the woods. For the last 2 weeks I have lost the TV reception for english speaking channels (Star Movies and BBC). All I see is
E48 or E52 blue strip. Our condo has a 'technician' who's only answer is restricted to:
'Too many clouds' OR 'Too much rain' OR 'Too windy', end of repertoir.
The roof of condo has 6 3m diameter antennae, all looking like they belong to WW1 period.
Have a laugh at my expense, but, please, tell me, if a flood, tsunami or earthquake will come to enhance rain, wind and clouds, will I see anything?
TIT for crying outloud! The rain, wind and clouds have been here for the last 10M years. Why did they sell to me 2 TV sets if I cannot see anything?
I'm actually not laughing...

What Is Killing The Modern Airlines?
2010-10-25 16:07:08
In the past 10 - 15 years we have witnessed many airlines collapse, change hands, go into involuntary amalgamations, alliances and so on. Many of them (too numerous to list) are in financial troubles today. I deliberately refuse to mention any names, because the trend is universal, on all continents, for all nations.
What or who is to blame? You will hear of reasons from all angles: - from global economic downturn to fuel prices, from demise of geotourism to rise of ecotourism, from threat of terrorism to ageing population, from political instabilities at home to political disturbances abroad, from rising costs of travel insurance to threats of medical conditions, from global warming to ecological disasters, from economic mismanagement to increased dangers due to ageing fleets, - the list can go on...
One reason, however, is never mentioned. "The on the ground costs". Please, do not ask me what are they made of, or how they are made up, it must be a closely quarded secret. Usually they are coming under the 'Fees, charges, surcharges, supercharges, additional charges and taxes' heading.
To illustrate my point, I am offered an airfare of 15,000Bt for a return trip with total distance about 24,000 km. The reputable international carrier will carry me, my luggage and my handbag, provide food, drinks and entertainment on a long trip, plus all the usual comforts... The total cost of travel, - 30,000Bt... !?
My heart is bleeding for the air carriers. Needles to say, it is bleeding for my money. I wander what are the feelings and opinions of the rest of travelling community? Please have your say...

Import Duty, Excise, Taxes, Charges, Fees, Etc.

Hello, everyone.
A simple matter: want to buy a present. Category - leather goods. Quantity 3 pcs. Source E-bay. Not for business, not for resale. Tried <http://www.customs.go.th , no sensible concrete info. Seen examples of how all charges are calculated. Basically the cost to me will be tripled. Instead of $500 I will have to fork out about $1,500. Any tips, advice, comments? Thanks:D
