Why Is Thai Airways Website So Slow?

Out of loyalty to Thailand i persevered for nearly 20 mins to get an on-line quote, most other airlines it'd done in a few mins!
How Long To Boil An Egg?....In Thailand?
2011-08-20 03:31:04
Common belief is that it takes three minutes to boil an egg.
In a real world ie: a pan full of boiling water ready to go and a small egg served with a gooey yolk great for soldiers.
Having recently stayed in various thai hotels i believe that Thais do not know how to boil an egg!
The record length of time for which i've had to wait for my kai dom sup sup(hard boiled egg) is 1hr 7minutes I DO NOT LIE.
I urge you to order a hard boiled egg and time it next time you stay in a hotel in Thailand, then post your findings here.
They are healthier than the cold fried goo that is served in most establishments.
BBQ egg sold by street/beach vendors are excluded from this investigation.
This is a serious thread and a subject of much fustration for me.

Thai Women And The Humble Potato!
2011-08-19 02:11:10
My question to TV members and their spouses, family etc.....
What is wrong with the humble potato?
You can roast it, boil it, bake it and yes fry it!
Most Thais i have met view the spud as boring and find difficult to cook.

Mental Stimulation And Intelligent Conversation In Thailand?
2011-07-01 06:30:21
I am interested in reading about what long time residents of Thailand do for mental stimulation and intelligent conversation in Thailand. Reading through TV forum there are a lot of knowlegable contributers. Is the stimulation all web based or are there groups of ex-pats who meet up. Just wondering if i could spend my retirement here and feel fully fullfilled.
