Hi, does anyone have any experience with direct mail marketing companies in Chiang Mai, just looking for templates to be made and reporting for email marketing over the coming months. I see there are some online companies ( any recommendations? ) but so far I didn't find anything I like. It would be good to have a local company to help us out. Any suggestions most welcome.

Modern House Design

Hi All

I'm looking to build a house in the near future, has anyone built anything modern, minimalist or contemporary here? Maybe with an Asian twist! I know they are broad descriptions but I would be interested to see any examples that any of you have had built out here. I refuse to build a standard moobahn type house, they all look the same and whilst they are practical I would like to do something different. After all its not everyday you build a house. If you can share any resources ( websites, chiang mai based architects and builders ) I would be most grateful. It would be great to see some photo's and get an idea of various build costs. I quite like houses with a flat roof, however I've been told to steer clear of those, anyone have any experience with that type of build?

No Id For A 5 Year Old

We are going to Bangkok on Friday and have just realised that our daughter hasn't got a Thai ID card or Thai or UK passport. Does anyone know whether or not a 5 year old can fly without any formal ID? Of course I will check with the airline to make sure but if anyone has any experience and can let me know quickly then that would be great.

We were going to drive ( and might still ) but what with all the rain and flooding up and down the country I thought flying might be less stressful. Has anyone driven down in the last few days? How was the journey? Is there any problems with flooding?
