You are of course correct, but the OP is going to apply via the French Embassy who, whilst they don't use VFS to collect applications, do use another contractor.

I doubt that even in the case of the Swiss that Immigration Officials will collect applications from the front desk.

I'm sorry Beano but it does wind me up when posters advise applicants to dress appropriately when handing in a wad of papers to a clerk, with all that implies.

I hate it when people tell someone to dress appropriately as well, upto the individual how they dress, I never tell my wife what to wear.

Ditto on the Centralworld (Tops) & Paragon front but also Emporium & Central Chitlom (Tops). All 4 have a diverse yet similar selection these days if you have the dosh.

One should also check out the new Tops at Central Rama 9 as it has its own refrigerated cheese room including large blocks of cheese. Essentially the same selection as Centralworld & Central Chitlom but there is something nice about walking into a room full of cheeses from all over the world. (similar to being a kid in a candy shop...)

I've no doubt this will become a trend! Next year we won't be counting deaths by wreckless and drunk driving, but the number of murders.

It really is time to clamp down and control the revelling. Limit it to controlled areas, where those who want an official soaking go to meet.

Thanks to the OLD GIT for giving a priceless bit of information on DEFERRAL of claiming the state pension, roughly for every 5 week deferral you have allow 2 years to be in credit, I will have to wait 15! I will look forward to that day when the UK PLC will be in debt to me!
