Coming back to Pattaya this month and looking to rent a condo for one year. Stayed in View Talay 6 back in 2009, which I rented from thaivisa.com/forum member - went very well.

Switch From Ed To Tourist Visa?

I have an ED visa which is expiring next week. I can just go to some neighbor country(Malaysia?), get a tourist visa there and then do border runs every 3 months, right?

All bills are in Thai and they don't put name on them anyway. I tried asking bank manager to mail me a statement or anything else but she couldn't understand what I wanted from her... Any ideas?
