I read yesterday something about California Wow owing Bangkok Bank huge sums of money and were trying to avoid a bankruptcy case.
Today, I received an SMS that California Wow is closed until Monday.
Anyone else received a similiar SMS from other branches?

I found an advert on Facebook for the above mentioned software. The website claims you can watch over 3500 channels free after buying the software for 49.95 dollars.
It sounds interesting but I am in doubt whether it is some kind of dubious website or not.
Anyone heard of it before?

True Internet Not Working?

My True Internet cut last night at about 21.00 and still doesn't work today. I've tried calling True several times but the number is always engaged.
Anyone using True have similar problems?

Allsat 2009 V. Dreambox 800 C Hd Pvr

We are thinking of buying a new PVR and have been recommended these two models but I have a few questions that I can't seem to get answers to. Maybe someone here has experience with either of these models and can help me.
I have looked at a few websites and read user reviews but still can't decide which one to buy. At first I thought the Dreambox was too expensive but apparently the difference is only about 500 baht.
1. Is there a big difference in picture quality between these models?
2. I see that the Dreambox has a DVI output as opposed to the HDMI on the AllSat. I can't see that my TV (Panaosonic Plasmer TH42 something or other) has a DVI input. Can I buy an adaptor with loss of picture quality.
3. I read that Dreambox has overheating problems. Any experience there?

I remember how just a few weeks ago people were fishing in the klong as the water was "relatively" clean.
Since then I have noticed it's getting dirtier and dirtier. I haven't seen the boat that collects all the rubbish in weeks.
I just passed the klong and took a couple of photos.
Hope they upload properly.
