Changkui Podcast With Thai Transcript

I do a language exchange with a Thai man going to school in the U.S.  and I had him type out the Thai transcript to a podcast and I want to make it available to everyone. If people find it interesting then maybe we can get a good discussion and Q&A thread going about it. The man who transcribed it said that the man in the video is an excellent speaker and has many good ideas for Thailand. He thought that the video would be a good project for me to work on for the next month or two.

หัวใจใกล้กัน is a tv show on Thai PBS that covers mostly family topics. The great thing about it is it is subtitled in Thai. Listening comprehension is my weakest skill so having the subtitles is a huge benefit to me. There are over 20 shows on youtube with most being 10-15 minutes long.

I found this abbreviation in a transcript from a Q&A with PM Abhisit. I've checked several places and can't find it anywhere.

I did a google search for "thai abbreviations" and found this site:  http://www.abbreviations.com/acronyms/THAI/1  which lists 490 acronyms and the full version, but unfortunately no translations. กอส wasn't listed though.
