New Passport Uk
2011-11-06 07:42:58
Need some advice, a friends passport has run out of pages he has applied for a new Passport. He is going to BKK to pick it up next week. At the same time his 60 day visa is about to run out. Can he go to a border crossing stamp out then use his new passport to get a 15 day stamp in? Or does he have to get his stamp moved at Immigration to his new passport so he would have a stamp out and back in his new passport?
Multiple Entry O-A Renewing
2011-10-04 07:24:36
This was posted by a friend and I don't know the answer?
This report of a pleasant visa surprise is for retirees like myself. I know some of you will not believe me (as one already has told me), so I hope to see some discussion that will help to confirm or rebut what I have learned. I have been in Thailand 9 months with a multiple-entry O-A retirement visa. A couple days ago, I asked a retiree friend who has been here a number of years for advice on extending or renewing it. I was shocked to hear that I was supposed to register every 3 months with immigration, otherwise face fines. It was the first I had heard about it. So I went down to the immigration office at the bridge to clear things up, taking some money so that I could pay the fines if necessary. But the two ladies at the desk for foreigners told me quite clearly that with an O-A visa I did not need to register. Furthermore, I did not need to extend or renew the visa to stay another year. All I need to do is leave the country and return before one year from the date on which the visa was issued. Upon re-entry, my passport will be stamped good for another year, and that is all there will be to it. Has anyone learned the same or different?

Beer Bottle Cooler Sleeve
2011-03-15 16:08:32
Hi I am looking for 24 or 36 beer bottle cooler sleeves. Do they sell them in CM? I need the ones with no advertising on them. Also is there a bar supply wholesale business in CM to pickup some bar accessories. I know that Central has them but I am looking for wholesale. Before you ask this is not for a new bar CM, we are doing a extension to a restaurant that has been in business for 12 years. Thanks for any help.

30 Day Extension To A Double Tourist Visa
2010-11-19 22:53:54
Hi here in Maesot the bridge to Burma is still closed. A friend today went to immigration office to get a 30 extension on a double tourist visa and was asked for B20000 show money, as per a new rule being enforced. By the way the person applying was well dressed with all forms filled out. This is very NEW for MAESOT!!!
