Sorry we can't give you a firm answer. I plan on going to immigration  in Phibun Monday or Tuesday for my 90 report and I will ask them about to it. I will post the answer after I get it.

Looking forward to read what Phibun Immigration says in this matter.. I just hope that they will confirm what Mario2008 and Lopburi3 says:) Cheers

Interesting.. I have a hard time believing that my situation is unique but..

I don´t know what to get out of this discussion and I will not buy an airline ticket before I know exactly. No one seems to know for sure so I guess I have to go to Chaeng Watthana in hope of finding answers..

Lets take it back to the basics..

My permit of stay expires on 19th of June. Will the "under consideration period" end 30 days after this date?  

Can I or Can I not apply for a new re-entry permit that is valid from the 19th of June til the end of the "under consideration period"? It seems that Ubonjoe was of another opinion than the rest of you.

In other words.. is it possible to leave Thailand in between June 22 and July 17 while under consideration?

It doesnt matter if I apply on the 29th of May or the 15th of June, since I will get a "under consideration stamp" that is due 30 days after my current permit to stay (according to Lite Beer). If this is true then I will have to report back to immigration around the 18-19th of JULY for the result..

The stamp will put me in a state of Limbo, but I can get a new re-entry permit that is valid during my "under consideration" period..

If all above is correct, then I should be able to leave Thailand on the 22nd of June and come back on the 17th of July right (with a new re-entry permit)?

(I did not read Ubonjoes last post before posting this.. and now I got even more confused:))
