Could some one tell me what the op's thread was as its not up no more

I've just noticed that as well, as I wanted to go back and revisit Drummond's story.   At the moment I'm still of the opinion that the pair appear to be disreputable and perhaps unethical yes, but criminals maybe not.   There doesn't appear to be any attempt on their part to disguise their identity, so presumably there would be outstanding warrants for their arrest in other countries if charges are outstanding.

Re the friends of Deepblue2406 who were 'screwed over' in a proposed Rawai venture, presumably they've pursued the option of legal recourse and found that there isn't any.   Again, that points to the two individuals lack of ethics which whilst perhaps deserving of publicity, care has to be taken of making accusations without disclosure of facts.

It is still there, unless it is only showing on my PC. I have been informed there is the possibility of a lawsuit being filed unless a public apology is made. The pair are rightly entitled to do this which may or may not help disprove the allegations.

Fantastic, just what the country needs, a sub committee in charge of ready to eat meals. All the money spent on committees could actually do a lot of good elsewhere.

The one on the left was was sentenced to two years in prison after a Junta appointed Assets Examination Committee was set up especially to find something to charge him with.
He was also sentenced to two years in prison after his own party took power, after he declared he trusted in the justice system and would respect whatever verdict they arrived at, and after he, via his lawyers, attempted to bribe the judges and failed.

An earlier poster said he should be allowed to appeal. Fact is he had the chance to appeal but decided not to possibly because he would have had to appear in person at which point he would have still been free in Thailand pending the outcome of the appeals. However, there were other charges about to be laid which could have resulted in much more severe sentencing had he been found guilty.

Best solution: Declare it being a parking area. Posted Image

What limited parking is available is generally taken by the car & motorbike rentals which I assume will also become the case for the section which has just been widened. Hourly parking fees for everyone, including the rentals would surely generate more revenue regardless of how it is spent or kept. The public might then actually find a place to park on the beachfront.

Just upgraded shop-houses. Haven't heard about a boxing stadium.

The road is crying out to be widened yet what KB said is the same as what I observe.
