I have a tricky situation at hand. I need to buy a car and cannot get finance in Thailand. Just short of full amount to pay 100%. My GF has sorted it out so it goes in her name on finance with a 20% down. I really do not want to be in that position as it will be paid for by myself ,, unless I drop her!
What can I do to secure my name on the car or some sort of document that could put an entitlement of rights over this car. I know it gonna be a hoo haa topic but this is the position so please advise well boys and girls.
