Thanks alot guys for the adviices.
My plan is to change  tires and the battery and then call a tow truck to take it to Toyota and let them know about the situation.
Although my partners relative is a car mechanic, but somehow i trust a Toytota service place more.
Im so worried about moisture/water in the tank.
I guess thats the best option for me since im not a car mechanic.

Way too small pictures when you try to enlarge them. You should buy a new camera or learn the diffrence between thumbnail and enlarge.
